Apptituda at Salesforce World Tour: 5 Key Takeaways from Stuart’s Day at ExCeL

Last week, Stuart Mills, Aptituda’s Director, headed to the Salesforce World Tour at the ExCeL Centre—and it didn’t disappoint. From insightful seminars to meaningful partner conversations, the day was a brilliant reminder of the innovation and energy that drives the Salesforce ecosystem. Here are Stuart’s top five takeaways:

1. Salesforce Labs – A Treasure Trove of Ideas

Salesforce Labs stood out as a great showcase of creativity and practical tools. They develop Apps at an early stage offering Proof of concepts and ideas that could be built upon in the ecosystem. It was inspiring to see how much is being developed to help users do more, faster - particularly ideas like the Org Checker that could help you gain an overview/health check of where your Saleforce org is at.

2. Partner Power – Reconnecting and Collaborating

Catching up with active partners was a highlight. Stuart met with Phil Hoyle from Bright Affect to chat about the Learning Library, and Phil Foden from Aedon to explore exciting developments in Aedon.Accounting, especially the charity sector extensions.

3. Seminars Made Simple

The seminars were easy to access, all in one place, and drop-in friendly. One standout was the Royal Mail case study—a great real-world example of Salesforce Labs in action.

4. Agentforce – AI That’s Built for Impact

AI continues to be the hottest topic, and Agentforce looked particularly promising. Stuart sees strong potential for its integration with Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud—and possibly even in independent apps like Stapp, supporting trend analysis and more dynamic, customer-led development.

5. The Buzz of the Ecosystem

With a large number of delegates, the event had a real buzz. It was a great reminder of how vast and passionate the Salesforce community remains—driven by innovation and hard work. There was lots of conversations to be had, flyers to be handed out and connections to be made

In Conclusion

The day was a great opportunity to reflect, connect, and get inspired. It’s clear that the Salesforce ecosystem is not just growing—it's thriving. Stuart left with fresh ideas, new connections, and renewed excitement for what’s ahead for Aptituda and its partners.
